I think about how websites and apps should look 🤓. I believe it’s important to think about what happens before and after someone is on your website and app and ensure design decisions consider the gaps in a user’s experience – those micro decisions that you do but don’t think about. Good design isn’t just pretty, it solves a problem.
I come from a politics and non-profit background, with a stint at customer experience for a well-known food-tech company. This grounds my design in empathy and understanding the user and community. I was also named Most Likely to be on a the Board of a Nonprofit in my cohort at General Assembly.

In my off-time, I enjoy cooking and eating, practicing my data viz skills, learning about data, discussing political and social theories, and always keeping up on the latest tech news. I have an instagram documenting my food journey.
